    This Pizza Pirates is probably one of the best I've ordered from. Customer service is great. They are efficient, and always punctual. They have quality ingredients and pizzas for a decent price. Way better quality than dominos and Pizza Hut. Like the saying goes- " you get what you pay for"

    Best pizza in California!
    I love their bead that the pizza is made of, and the ham is just perfect it outdoes any other known pizzas in California

    Regrettably I will NEVER patronize this franchise again. I used to love them for the large selection of specialty chicken pizzas, however through carelessness and disregard they not only once but twice delivered chicken pizzas with pork products  (bacon or sausage) on my pizzas where strict instructions are noted that I have a family member with dietary and faith based restrictions and we do not consume pork!

    I called the restaurant immediately when I discovered the problem, whoever answered the phone didn't even give me a chance to discuss the reason for my call, she answered "Pizza Pirates please hold" and left me on hold for 10 minutes. I sent an email to the company and the response was no apology but:

    "Did you call the store?  They can take care of the refund.

    Pizza Pirates"

    I reiterated to David that I was placed on hold and couldn't tell them my grievance, David promised to make sure we were refunded, there's been no refund issued.

    So unfortunately our dinner was ruined and they kept my money and never apologized for the error!

    Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!!

    This place never disappoints, every time we come here food is fresh and hot. We always forget to check their deals and add a coupon, and each time they always double check and verify our order and add in a coupon to discount our total if possible. Love the extra effort this company and its employees put forth, will always be a returning customer. Thanks

    ~$12ish for a quality delicious, large cheesy pepperoni pizza with just the perfect crunch in every bite. Customer service was also top notch and we didn't have to ask for plates, peppers, and parmesan as they offered it aautomatically. We will definitely come back to try the plethora of topping choices they offer!
